Aquila 172C - Ambra 2000 Series, Classical Guitar Bass Strings - Light Tension

Aquila's Ambra 2000 set was born out of a desire to search for sounds similar to those of the gut strings that have been almost completely forgotten today and which made the guitar great in the first place. The bass strings, which Aquila calls "Rayon", are made of silver-plated copper wound on a red-colored multifilament core. Aquila was able to find the right balance between metal and core to create a warm and percussive sound, similar to silk basses.
