Model identification and looking for replacement tuning keys

I'm hoping someone can identify this model of framus banjo. I'm unable to find out anything about the neck. I have my suspicion that the neck might be a replacement, but I don't know what brand the neck is, or if it is the original? Also, I'm looking to replace the two missing tuning keys. If you have any information on either issue, please let me know. Thanks
