Upgrade your Ibanez GWB35 or GWB20th. The 68BC5W-D3 is the same pickup as the 69GW5W-D3 used in the Ibanez Gary Willis high-end basses but in the BC shape used in the cost optimized versions. You can now get the same voice. Like the custom-made GW pickups, these have internal shielding to block radiated noise from studio equipment and stage lighting. They are passive and will work with your current electronics in most basses but are also amazing when installed with an on-board preamp – especially the Custom GW preamp – HR-2.2-IWB20. These dual coil pickups are hum-cancelling. The coils have a special structure and are arrangement tilted in 2 directions and offset from each other just like in the GW pickups. They are sealed to prevent coil contamination while also eliminating microphonics. These are truly pro-level pickups to upgrade your bass.
